Pale yellow sparkling color with detectable pure varietal aromas and hints of tropical fruits such as mango, papaya and pineapple, which also overflow in taste. The finale is long and inviting.
It would go great with fresh salads, poultry and fish specialties.

Muscat & Sandanski Misket – Libera 2019
Muscat and Sandanski Misket from our vineyards in the land of the village of Hotovo.
Pale golden color with greenish tints. The aromas are typical Muscat of flowers and quince. We discover in the taste extraordinary freshness and well-preserved acids that make the wine elegant and mellow. The aftertaste is long and floral.
Suitable for Asian cuisine and fresh green salads. Serving temperature – 6-8 degrees.
Rose from Shiroka Melnishka Loza (broad-leaved Melnik vine) 2019
Broad-leaved Melnik vine is a symbolic variety for our terroir. Handpicked from our vineyards in the village of Hotovo for this surprising rose.
The color is medium intensive with copper tints. The taste is of raspberries, stone fruit and caramel. The wine has a long and slightly spicy finish.
Suitable for medium mature cheeses, fish and white meats with different sauces. Serving temperature – 10-12 degrees.
Melnik 55 Libera 2019
Melnik 55, graded and handpicked from our vineyards in the village of Hotovo.
It has a rich garnet color. Flavors are pure varieties of ripe fruit and walnut leaves. In the taste are shades of mulberry and sour cherry with pronounced tannins. The finish is medium and fruity.
Combination with food – pasta with tomato sauce, red meat and smoked cheese. Serving temperature – 16-18 degrees.
Syrah Libera 2019
Syrah from our vineyards in the land of the village of Hotovo.
The color is deep and impenetrable. The wine has a distinctly fruitful character when tasting for fragrance and palate. We find very mature red fruits, blueberries, and fig jam. We find very mature red fruits, blueberries, and fig jam. The body is powerful. The finish is soft, warm and memorable.
It combines with red meats such as beef, lamb and duck. Also suitable for mature cheeses. Serving temperature – 15 – 17 degrees.
